Offers, Prices, Payments and Delivery Times
Based on its commercial policy, ROYAL PADEL may make final price variations either by loyalty, by purchase volume of a certain user as well as others that royal PADEL may stipulate in due course. However, it will be ROYAL PADEL who, freely and voluntarily, offers these discounts and / or rebates to whom it deems appropriate, and cannot be demanded or requested at any time by other Users.
The price indicated at all times on the product includes VAT.
ROYAL PADEL reserves the right to unilaterally modify the prices of the products without prior notice.
In the event that for reasons beyond the will of ROYAL PADEL the product ordered in your order is not available, we will offer you the replacement of the requested product with another of the same price and such quality, without prejudice to your right to cancel the order and request the return of the amounts met.
The products purchased must be paid at the time of signing the contract by one of the selected means of payment which, for the customer’s safety, are:
- Credit Card.
ROYAL PADEL will proceed to issue and send the invoice to the customer by email. The invoice will be sent once the order is fully paid.
Steps that once registered the CUSTOMER has to give until the purchase is completed
- Selection of shipping data where you want to receive the purchased product
- Selection of payment method to choose from: Credit card or Paypal.
- Use of the discount code if applicable
- Fill in your order comments if applicable
- Billing address choice
- Order confirmation
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
The delivery of the orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the CUSTOMER. Thus, the provider assumes no responsibility for when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the CUSTOMER being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made by causes outside the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, as is the absence of the recipient.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the provider shall take the measures required of a diligent trader so that the delivery can be made in the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the sender and the recipient, so that he cannot any liability against the provider. Delivery times are 1 to 7 days depending on the stock of the product. The customer will be notified of possible delays.
The standard delivery time is 24-48 hours. The cost to the customer will be free for shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. In case of a different destination, the corresponding rate indicated at the time of purchase will be charged.
Product return clause
You can request your return within 15 days.
ROYAL PADEL will accept the return of the purchased material in the following cases:
The material sent to the customer has arrived damaged, broken or in poor condition.
ROYAL PADEL will take care of the shipping costs. The customer is obliged to review the material within 24 hours once received such material in order to verify that it is in good condition. In the event that these 24h have been exceeded, ROYAL PADEL will be exempted from any liability in the material received by the customer.
The material sent to the customer is not the requested one.
ROYAL PADEL will take care of the shipping costs. The customer is obliged to review the material within 48 hours once received such material in order to verify that it is correct and to inform ROYAL PADEL within that period in the event of an error. ROYAL PADEL will replenish the product to the customer for the correct product, without additional charges.
The customer must return the wrong material in the same state in which it was delivered, without unsealing or using, with its original packaging intact and, therefore, in perfect condition for sale.
The customer has received your order successfully and wishes to return it for not satisfying you.
In this case, the return will not be accepted.
All products offered through the website are completely original from ROYAL PADEL.
Our products have a warranty of 6 months from the date of the purchase invoice, although during the first months the defect that the product can present is presumed to be factory originating, unless proven otherwise, the customer must prove that it is also a factory original defect. Always with Invoice or purchase ticket.
If before the sixth month, there is a deterioration in the item and the customer suspects that it may be due to a manufacturing failure, you can make use of the warranty by contacting our customer service. To do this you can:
- Send an email with the invoice attached and photographs of the shovel in the first instance to: email@example.com
- Call +34 93804921 and explain what happened. Customer service hours are from 9:30a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 20 p.m.
Once spoken to the customer service, sent the shovel and that it has been analyzed by the technical service can occur three situations:
- The service department fixes the product and is returned to the customer.
- Have the service exchange the item to a new one. In this case the same item will ALWAYS be returned, the change for a different one is not possible (except for lack of stock).
- That the product be determined that the product has no manufacturing failure and that no change or repair is appropriate. In this case, the customer will be returned to their original product.
